Vinification

Totally stalk free. Cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at the temperature of 12° C for 20 days. Alcohol content: 11% vol. Total acidity: 5,47 g/l Ph: 3/3,5 Sugars: 11/14 g/l

Tasting notes

Markedly floral aroma with hints of Loureiro variety of tropical fruit. In the mouth it is fruity with lingering tropical fruit, crisp and fresh.
