Vinification

Total de-stemming. Smooth crushing. Fermentation in stainless-steel vats at controlled temperature of 20°-25° C with a short maceration of 1 week. Alcohol content: 14% vol. Total acidity: 5,2 g/l Ph: 3,89 Sugars: 2 g/l

Tasting notes

Ruby red colour. Intense ripe red fruit aromas with raspberry and cherry, combined with hints of spices like paprika, white pepper and cumin. Smooth, good structure, fresh and well balanced.

Gastronomy

Ideal for serving with red meat dishes, grilled dishes, game dishes and cheeses.

Preservation

Cool dark place in the horizontal position.
