Oil type and variety
Mechanical, vibration with umbrella. Between late October and early november in the called "never time" (the Véraison or the onset of ripening"). This is the period of the most efficient production in terms of quality all along the year.
Maximum 6 hours from picking.
High-end Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Deep green colour.
Dense and full bodied. Medium intense oil, interesting and most balance.
Delicious intense flavor with pure aromas and hints of fresh grass. A smooth bitter taste that leaves a pleasant peppery feeling at the end of our tongue.
Special sauces for salad, tomato soup, gazpacho, ham and cheese, grilled meats.
Presentation/ Net Content
Dark glass. Net Content: 250 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml.
