Olives from our groves in the Alto Guadalquivir Region. We own different crops with different growing typologies, from our appreciated centenary olive trees to traditional cultivation and the modern and efficient intensive irrigation and fertirrigation methods.

Cold centrifuging with a PIERALISI continuous system. Up to 8 hours maximum time limit after the harvesting.
